My mother's visa got rejected under section 214B. Now I am thinking of reapplying for my mom's visa along with my father.
They are getting visa interview date of january. I am also planning to go for vacation to India during Dec end. And I am planning to return back in Feb end along with my parents they get their visa.
1) Is it a problem if I am in India when my mom goes for her visa interview? Will the CO be able to find out that I am in India and my mom goes for interview saying the purpose of visit as Tourism and visiting daughter's family.
2) Also is it a problem if we both return together at port of entry? I have a small kid who is around 3 weeks now. And when we would return together he would be around 4 months.
Please help me with above queries.
