HI ,
I am working in USA on H1B visa from past year onwards in Company A ( Original - having visa validity Sep-2015 ) , i got offer from Company B and submitted all doc 's by company for H1b Transfer -Premium process got result RFE status in one week ( i didn't resigned for Company A ) , agin i got another offer from Company C so same way they are submitted my H1B petition ( transfer ) got receipt also takes 10-15 days to get Approval or RFE , Company C is forcing me to report in week ( means resign company A and work Company C )
My question is am going to resign A and ready work C ( Trasfer is in pending -Premium ) - pls tell me if my H1b transfer Rejected what i have to do ( can i request company A , Company A visa validity still exists or not ?
