I have a valid B1 visa and will be traveling to US next month. I am planning to take my wife & 2 yr old baby on this trip with me. Since my company will be paying only for me and not providing any assistance in getting visas for my family, I have to go ahead on this by myself. I am not sure how to start. Pls guide me...

Start an application process for both of them by creating ONE account on UStraveldocs.com
Complete a form DS160 for each of them mentioning the purpose as "accompanying husband ( or father for the child) on his business visit".
To the question, "who is paying" write " husband ( father for child)". Duration of visit you know how much.
Place of stay also you know where you will be staying. Contact person , you can mention your business contact.
At the interview, your wife should take your passport with her . And proof of your business visit, and your income proof ( pay slip).
Let your wife know what you mentioned on the form , so if they ask everything verbally, she should be able to answer. -
Thank You So Much for the reply..I have been struggling since last many days and it look like finally I am at the right place.
I have reached the payment page but I am still confused:
1) No where it told me what are the basic documentation required for applying B2 visa.
2) Is their any list of documents OR checklist which can help me to collect/carry all the required docs to the consulate, to increase the chances of getting the visas.
3) Do I need to get any invitation letter or POE letter from my company for them??
4) and the biggest question, should I go ahead and make the payment using the NEFT :-)Comment

documents are not a big issue. You won't get a checklist. Just common sense documents , because they usually do not look at many documents. the most imp. are your passport with the visa , your work and income proof ( salary slip, tax return) and a letter from your employer detailing the business visit to US ( dates etc.).
If your wife is working, she should take a leave letter with her.
What is the problem with the payment? if you are not comfortable with NEFT, opt for the bank payment on the account website. Take a printout , go to the axis bank ,
withdraw the cash at the ATM and deposit it inside. It is usually credited the same day to the UStraveldocs.com account.Comment

THANKS AGAIN FOR YOUR GUIDANCE......
1) I initiated one application by creating ONE account on UStraveldocs.com
2) Added the details of my child in the step 6((Step 6: Please click “Add by Name” or "Add Existing Applicant" if you have a group/family member (including a child) who needs to apply for a visa with you.))
3) Since I had already submitted DS160 each for them on https://ceac.state.gov/GenNIV/Default.aspx, I mentioned DS-160 form details in this application)
4) I am facing issues while paying through NEFT so tmrw I am going to visit Axis bank and will pay there using the CGI reference number and it says 320 USD.
5) This page is also showing 2 boxes asking for the receipt number for these 2 visa candidates. Am I going to use that receipt number 2 times here OR am I going to get 2 receipt numbers from Axis bank ??
6) I think after that I will be able to click on CONTINUE and fix the appointment.Comment
