DUI reduced to reckless driving in florida/ need urgent help

Hi Friends,

I have to go to India to see my Son, But i got DUI in Feb 2014 with 0.089 BAC and no crash or damage.
I have to go to India on Sept 17th and I have H1 extension till Sept 2016. I need H1 stamping while coming back.

My DUI case has been reduced to reckless driving on 19th August 2014, I am on probation.

please let me know if anybody has the experience with exact situation and got the visa stamped or faced issues.

friends please let me know your comments on my situation, please help me out.

Hi Viren,

One of my friend is in the same situation. He's currently on a probation and has plans to travel to India in Oct'15. Can you please let us know your suggestion and experience.
