help needed on DS160 question on relatives status

Hello.

I am filing my DS160 form which has a question on legal status of relatives in the USA. My mother is in USA on a tourist visa visiting my brother who is working on a H1B Visa. My mother has a visitor visa.

What should I fill in my DS160 form on mother's 'legal status in the U.S.'. Should it be 'NONIMMIGRANT' or 'OTHER/ I Don't Know'
