i will be departing from different country other than that mentioned on ds160.. can this be a problem?

DS160 does not ask you the point of departure.
Please be clear in your question. Have you got the visa?

I believe the member had Riyadh as starting point in the DS-160 but now wants to travel from Lahore. I don't think its an issue.

Yes, I got the visa, there was a question in ds160 if i have travel plans, and there is an option about depaerture city and arrival city.. there i mentioned Riyadh.
