    Hi,

I am student in the US and on an F-1 visa. My parents wish to attend my graduation ceremony and I would like to invite them. Will it be possible for me to sponsor them for the trip, with me being in student status.

Also, In that case do I have to fill out the I-134 form. Point to note here is that I am part time employee of the state university.

    Please help.

    Thanks in advance

Sponsoring means sending an I-134(affidavit of support). That means you
must show good annual income to support all the needs of your parents
while they are in US. As a student and a part time employee, you donot qualify to sponsor. The best way is for your parents to show that they
have enough money and they will be financing their own trip. You can simply send an invitation letter to your parents with evidence of your student status.
