i am stuck with the employment part of the application since im working as a private nurse. i have no clue what to click or what to write in it.
and i wanted to take my NCLEX exam in the US i have no idea what to do plus im applying for a tourist visa to visit my sister and nephew there. my mom and dad are already a permanent resident of the state. that makes it complicated... pls i need your advice. idk what to do...

for a B1/B2 visa, you will need to show strong ties to your country. Like a regular well paying job. Being a private nurse and being single may make it difficult for you to
get the visitor visa, especially when you have so many family members well settled there.

You can try , you may get lucky.
