H1 not stamped

Hi,
I got my H1 this year Oct and I am planning to bring my mother on visitor visa. I got the visa in US and my passport is not stamped and I have the approval notice (I-797). I want to know , will that be a problem.

That is not a problem, because you are in legal H1 status.
