One Way Ticket For Parents On Visitor Visa.

Hello,

My Mother is planning to come to USA with a one way ticket. While going back, i will take her along with me and my wife.
is it a problem to come with one way ticket to USA?. She is on 10 years Multiple entry US visitor visa.

Your suggestions are greatly appreciated. If some one replies me soon, it will be of great help as i need to decide to buy either one way or round trip ticket for my Mother.

That is not recommended.

If questioned at port of entry, with one way ticket, it can be assumed that she is not going back. And that can create a problem.

My mom-in-law travelled to US in October and the immigration officer at Port of Entry(POE) specifically asked her to show her return ticket.

Anyway, I do not think any airline will issue a oneway ticket for a visitor visa.
