Hi! I have a case that you might give me a big help. I am a contract worker
(temporary resident in Canada) holds a temporary working permit, and I am
holding a US nonimmigrant visa (b2) as my husband is currently a green-card
holder and he is petitioning me, (as his wife) at the moment and our papers
are on process and it is now at the NVC,but it takes a lot of time to be
done.As he is qualify for US naturalization,he is planning to do so at any
moment so that he can upgrade his petition to me. I went for a vacation
recently and accidentally i get pregnant. My question is.......
Is it possible to use my nonimmigrant visa to stay in US with my husbanduntil my due date or longer? I am at 4months expecting.
can i still come back in Canada to resume my temporary working permit(temporary resident) expires on nov. 25, 2016
