Visitor Visa Information

Hi Everybody,

I am 5 months pregnant and my mom is going for the visa interview in Jan 2006.
My husband is in H1b visa, I have couple of questions:

1. Both my Mom and my in-laws are going for the visa interview in about 2 months gap, will there be any problem in getting visa.

2. For my in-laws there is no major documents to prove enough ties like they are not getting pension or property in their name. In this case can my husband give Power of Attorney document for a property in his name, will this document be useful?

Hi!
You need not show the ties to India only through property. May be their other children, grandchildren and/or their own siblings also helps. My mil does not have a bank accoount or any property what so ever in her name but spoke abt her daughter and son in India and her granddaughter. It helped her get a 10M entry visa.
