Bringing my aunt (my dad or mom's sister)

I am on H4 Visa. I do not have any of my relatives in here or my parents. I would like to bring my relatives to US from India. Is it possible to bring them on Visiting Visa?
What are the options that I have to bring any of my relatives to US?

It is easier to bring parents as the purpose would be to visit their child.

Other relatives like your aunt, they will look at her ties to India like husband, children and income status.

It is good if Jenny if he / she can invite parents easily on H4 visa.

I want to ask how it is easy to call parents to visit their child in US while in some cases they only focus of strong ties. For example if Jenny is calling mother or father so you mean they are exempted to show strong ties to the country. Do they have different policies if someone wants to bring parents on H4 visa or someone wants to bring who is immigrant (GC holder).
