B2 Dependents travel during H1 Amendment

Hi,

I am on H1-B Visa in Chicago. Now My Company is planning for my H1-B Amendment and I need to move to a different state.

Can my parents [who are on B2 Visa sponsored by me] Visit Chicago while my H1-B is under process.

if they already have a long term multiple entry B1/B2 , they can even visit any place in US even if you are not in US.
You are the original sponsor does not mean their every visit should only be to visit you.
