Some qs regading visa, apreciate your help

Hi,
I'm planning to apply for my parents. I'm only daughter, my eldest brother is also here for last 8 yrs. I've some qs, will appreciate your reply.
1) I'm housewife, so my husband will sponsor for my parents as his salary is more than my brother, is there will be any problem if he will not sponsor, as I read here interviewer asked the qs when son didn't sponsor. My brother is unmarried. I've kids.
2) We never applied for parents neither we visited them as we both applied green card and still waiting.

we've another brother but he is not in India, he lives in neighboring country as he got a good job there.
My parent has bank balence and own house so they don't have to depend on us. I'm asking as if no kids in India whats the possibility of gettin visa and can't hide about my brother incase he apply for next time.

3) Whats the Mock interview?
4) I read there is affidavit undervisitor visa documents. I'll appreciate if someone who has can forward that format to me.

5) Finally I appreciate your tips for application of my parenst.

I'm sorry for asking too many qs. My parent are now old enough and we can't visit right now, so planning them to bring here to visit us for 2-3 months as they can't stay more for their property.

1. Its not going to be a problem if your husband sponsors your parents instead of your brother. I had a similar case. Because of better financial situation, my husband sponsored my parents eventhough both my brother & I are working full time.

2. They can get the Visa eventhough all the children are outside India provided they can show proof of ties to home country & guarantee that they will return back to India. But never hide anything & always tell the truth. I believe question about kids & their whereabouts is a definite Q asked by any CO.

3. Just prepare your parents few days before the interview by conducting couple of mock interviews. That will prepare them face the interview w/ confidence.
