Visitor Visa for sister

Hi
I want to apply for visitor visa for my sister and her kids. Should she apply for a tourist visa without invite from me or should I send the invitation letter and apply thru me?

She lives and works in Dubai, is there any particular/extra document to be provided?

Hi,

It is always advisable to provide the invitation letter. It is good to have. Provide a brief invitation note and places you would like your sister and her kids to take around.

Send her the invite letter (signed & scanned). Applying should be straight forward. She can always fill up the DS 160 and apply. She can always call you in case she needs some clarifications. This is just my opinion.

Usual documents from your sister - Bank statements, property documents, investment details etc are needed to establish strong ties & financial stability. If you are going to sponsor the trip, same set of documents will be needed from your end too.
