Reapply Visitors Visa - B2

Hi,

I applied for my parents Visitor visa on July 2012 which were rejected. Office had given them form 214B while rejecting visa. He did not say any reason for rejection.

Now I am planning to reapply B2 visa for parents. DS-160 form have question like [Have you ever been refused a U.S. Visa, been refused admission to the United States, or withdrawn your application for admission at the port of entry?] and on selecting [YES] it is asking for explain the reason.

I am not sure what need to write in visa rejection reason. What shall I write in answer?

just write "denied under 214b". you do not need to worry about the rest. The specific reason is noted in their computer records ,so the officer will know when he interviews your parents.
