I94 Issue for B2 Visa

Hi Admin,

Could you please help me with the below scenario?

I applied my mother's DS 160 with her First Name as FNU and Last Name as ABC DEF GHI ( as her surname column in passport was blank) and got her visa with the one mentioned in the DS 160.

She reached US two days back and i retrieved her I 94 ( after trying different options) and found that the Last name as FNU and First (Given) Name as ABC DEF GHI.

Passport:
Surname - Blank
Given Name ( First Name) - ABC DEF GHI

B2 Visa:
Surname: ABC DEF GHI
Given Name: FNU

I94:
Surname : FNU
Given Name (First Name) - ABC DEF GHI

Could you please let me know if its an issue to have the Surname and Given name in this format in the I94? If so, could you please let me know how to take care of this?

There is a list of Deferred inspection sites on CBP.GOV call the one close to your residence and if they tell you; go there with a printout and have it corrected.
