B2 Visa I94 and POE

Hi All,

I am inviting my in-law to USA for 3 months and she dont know english.
I am planning to give her a formal letter addressing the officer at the POE. Will it be enough to complete the POE process or i need to provide any other documents?
Also, i heard I94 become online process. will it apply to B2 visa. If so, when should i fill I94?

The primary inspection officer at POE has only a few minutes to clear each person as there is a line of people waiting.
So you can give a small note on your letterhead as; SHE DOES NOT SPEAK ENGLISH. SHE SPEAKS YYYY Language.PURPOSE
OF VISIT; VISITING SON/DAUGHTER AND FAMILY FOR YYYY WEEKS AT YYYY ( ADDRESS and phone)
No other documents needed. And she must carry a return ticket.

Yes, I-94 is automated now. And it is for all visas. She does not need to complete any I-94 form.
Stay-till Date and visa classification will be stamped on her passport.
You can look at and print her I-94 after she enters from the site CBP.GOV
