Application Fees of Rs4600 payable to whom?

Hi,
I took the appointment for my In laws from TTS for Dec9th at Kolkata consulate. I have the following queries.

1. I believe we can still take the demand draft from any national bank (and not HDFC only). Please confirm.

2. The Application fees of Rs 4600 wll be payable to whom?
Your website says "HDFC Bank a/c US Embaassy". Please confirm if this is true for my case also.

3. For issuance fees of Rs 2300 - its 'American Consulte General, Kolkata'
For Rs 441 its 'TT Servics'. Please confirm.
