Do vistor visa needs to be restamped after sponser's company change

Hi All,

Currently i am in US on valid H1B visa & planning for sponsoring my parents visitor visa.

I had one query in that regards:
I would be sponsoring my parents visa within a month(as i would be traveling to India for vacations & will get the process completed for my parents now only), but my parents would be coming only after 5-6 months to US.
Hence, in between if i switch my company , do my parents need to get the visitor visa re-stamped again? or the visa will still be valid even if i switch my current company.

They do not need to be restamped. They will be valid even after you change the company.
