New job while waiting on visa appointment

Hello all, I applied for a tourist visa and have an appointment in November. However I recently got a new job. Should I cancel the appointment since I won't be able to take my vacation anytime soon?or should I keep the appointment and make changes in the DS-160 since it has my old job information.
