Parents visiting US in 2014 under earlier B2 10 year visa

My parents earlier got the 10 year B2 visa (multiple entry) in 2006 and had earlier visited US in 2006. Their B2 visa is current and valid till 2016, they are planning to visit US again in November 2014 for 6 months.

I would like to know if there are any new requirements regarding finger printing in India before they travel. During 2006 the chennai US consulate had a different process for finger printing which is different from the current process.

Also pls advice if they should be aware of any new process at port of entry in US.

No new process anywhere.

At port of entry they will ask about duration and purpose. Tell them they are visiting xxx for xxx weeks. They should carry the contact details
of the person they are visiting and a return ticket.
