Missed papers, what next?

I posted all documents by Global express mail but after 11 days they didn't reach to chennai. I am planning to fax all copies if it didn't reach by friday. Copy of employer letter is ok? also let me know what is the best way to send, i mean fastest...

request your employer to issue you another employment letter. FedEx is the best, reliable, and fatest tooo. Do not fax. Have heard one case where they wer enot happy with faxed pay stubs.
