Dependent DS-160 confirmation number wrong in Visa appointment letter..help

Hi ,

I have scheduled Visa appointment for my parents. My mother had previously applied for visitor visa last year which got rejected.
This time I added my mother as dependent in my fathers profile and made appointment.
But, on appointment confirmation letter my mothers DS-160 number is old one (from last year).
I am not sure why this is appearing. I filled up new DS-160 and during scheduling visa appointment I entered the new DS-160 confirmation number.

When I go to profile and check on appointment history. My father have all correct information. But, for my mother it is also showing the old history and the new appointment details have the same UID number as of the old one.

I am not sure how the system picked up old ds-160 information. How can I correct it ? or it is something done intentionally by the system?

Please let me know how you resolved this or what is the process in this situation. I have same issue, OLD(Previous Appointment) DS-160 confirmation number is showing in VISA Appointment Letter.

Hi! How was this issue resolved? I have the same problem and have no idea how to update my DS160 number. Hoping someone can answer how to go about this issue. Thanks.
