Please Help for Visit Visa - But I am sponsoring

I am sponsoring my parents need to know the below answers :

1. My husband works in XYZ state and I work in ABC state, but I am sponsoring if the VO asks my parents where does your daughter & son-in-law lives? what do they answer?
2. My mom's brother lives in the USA, if they ask do you have any close relatives in USA should they say yes or no?
3. Have you booked your airline tickets?


Please help with the above questions.

1.just tell the truth, it will not matter if you are living separate. By the way, what is your visa status ?
2.One must tell the truth about immediate relatives IN THE DS160 FORM. and also during the interview.
3.One should not book airline tickets before the interview so they should say NO. Anyway, this question does not make sense for
the interview purpose so will not be asked.

I was asked that question in my interview.
I said yes..and got the visa.
But I'm not sure why he asked that question and which way it helps VO to take a decision on visa.
