  • Visitor visa rejected 3 times

I applied for the US visitors visa from New Delhi India 3 times in the gap of 1-2 months in 2010 with my mother. But the agent who applied the visa for me misguided me and produced duplicate sponsorship docs which were already used for some other applicant so everytime i applied, my application got rejected.
Now, I 27 years old married man since last 11 months and working in a MNC.
How can i get the visitors visa just for an holiday if i want to celebrate my 1st anniversary in US.

        Hello Sir,
        Thanks alot for the response.
1.I am working in a tech support company from last 32 months as an supervisor. Our company provide tech support to the US & Canadian Customers over the phone and remote sessions.
        2. My annual package is 5.4 lacs.
        3. I have been to Thailand when i was 19 yrs old and then Singapore when i was 23 both on the visitors visa.
        4. I dont have any relatives in US at this time.

Now, when i applied for US visa at that point the sponsor shown in my application was **** . The agent told me tell the VO that the sponsor is my uncle (my moms brother), anf as i mentioned earlier that i applied 3 times with the same docs and visa keep on getting rejected. So just wanna know if i still have a chance to get US visa as a normal visitor or i am permanently banned. Please Help.

Let me give u a summary about all three interviews.
          First Interview-
          VO- HELLO GUD MORNING
          Me- Gud Morning sir

VO- Why are u going to US?
          Me- To meet my Uncle.

VO- what does ur uncle do?
Me- He's working as a machine operator

VO- Which machine does he operates?
          Me- I dont know.

VO- Does ur mother knows about it?
          Me- No, she doesn't.

VO- What does ur dad do?
Me- He owns a factory of kithen equipments.

VO- How many workers does he have in his factory?
Me- 25 workers with 4 supervisors.

VO- You can not get the visa at this time.

          Second Interview-
In the second interview VO did not ask too many questions. May be just 2 or 3 which i dont remember.

          Third interview-
This time VO did not ask even a single question. Just made an entry in his computer and returned our passports.

In any of the interview they did not ask for any documents to show them. And they did not say anything like this that i am lying about my uncle in US. All three times my mother went with me for the interview. After this my mother applied 2 more times alone and her application got rejected again.
In the last interview with my mother which happened abt 4 months ago, the VO asked my mother that why ur previous application was rejected. On which my mother replied that i dont know but this time i am not going to meet him as he is not in US anymore. I am going to attend one of my friends wedding. And then they again returned her passport.

And one more thing....all three times they just handed over a booklet to us with our passports. It was a printed booklet and there was no specific reason that why they rejected the visa.

              What does the booklet say?

You are not barred permanently but I am sure they suspected your uncle's info was a lie and they must have noted that down
              in your data.
And your mother applying so many times recently also is not a good thing.

You can apply afresh without a mention of your uncle but your income is on the borderline for self funding.
If you can show 75k-80k combined with your wife's income per month , you can try your luck.

Want to extend my b2 visa.. URGENT

I came to USA in may 2015 with my pregnant wife. Now my wife has delivered the baby here and I am left with 1 and half month from the expiration date of my entry. Please suggest what can I do to stay in US. What are my options.
