I am a new member. I heard about this site from a friend. He told me that the financial assistanceship that is a minimum requirement to invite my parents to the United states is $5000 is this true can anybody please let me know more about this. Thanks in advance

There is no minimum requirement. You should be able to show that you have enough money to take care of their expenses.

$5,000 is just a suggestive figure. That is not minimum.
