Rejection of visitors visa

My husband has applied for visitors visa for my parents but they got rejected 3 times .for the first time they did not see any papers they asked them how many months they will stay they said 6 mnths. They asked who all stay in us they said both my son and daughter.they rejected . Again they said same.Now for the third time they are asking for my brothers visa papers i donot understand when we sponsor why they need his papers?They said insufficient documents. Now what should i do?

Even though he is not sponcering, you guys are supposed to send his passport copy.

In our case, eventhough we sponsored, we had sent my siblings' Passport copy alone. Eventhough it was not asked during the interview, I think it will be a good supporting document when they ask how long the other kid is in US & their Visa status etc questions. Good Luck next time.
