  • 2nd B2 visa.. Should I apply ?

    Hi everyone,

On april 2013, I applied for a B2 visa and it has been issued. And now I want to apply again for the same type of visa (B2). My situation is still the same than last time.
I'm iranian but I live in belgium and I have a parmenent resident card in Belgium, I study computer sciences, actually i'm going to fund my trip myself but I'll tell them that my parents will funds because I don't work and it will be complicated if they ask how did you get the money..

Last time, I was planning to go with my friend who has belgian passport, but I had to put his name in DS-160 form, and once I arrived in Philadelphia Airport, the man at customs told me, you travel alone ? I say yes, and he say me but where is your friend ? I was surprised.. I never thought they will ask me that once I was arrived I told I found a new job and he wasn't able to travel with me... BUT I'm wondering if that misunderstanding can be bad for my new B2 application ?

Except that, everythings is fine, I'll provide these documents:

    - Proof of financial funding
    - Proof of my student status
    - My school holidays calender ( to show them, I'll travel on vacancies period)
    - Criminal record (or Police record) to proof them I've clean background
    - My trip itinerary

Do you suggest me something else ?

    Thanks for helping !

that your friend did not travel with you last time, will not affect your new application.
But how long did you spend on that visa the last time in US and
how many times did you use it if it was a multiple entry visa will surely be seen when you will apply now.
Also, your parents funding is fine and all the documents are fine but the duration and purpose you will mention on DS160 will be seen.

      Thanks for your reply,

Last time I stayed 2weeks and this time I'm going to stay again 2weeks or maybe a bit less..
      I had single entry visa.
