Visitor Visa Rejected

My mothers visa got rejected.My father is retired and they did'nt goto gether.My mom alone went for interview.I have a appointment for my father in tts visa on december.Whether we can add my mother also in that ?
Is there is any way she can join my father for the interview.

If i need to take new vfs appointment do I have to take DD for my mother and father seprately for same slot or 1 dd is enough.
