Procedure and documents for renewing vistor visa (B2)

Hi,

My aunt visitor visa expired this month (10 years visa). This was issued in October 2004 and traveled to US twice during this period. We wanted to renew her visa. Please let me know the current procedure and supporting documents from sponsor and applicant to apply.
