Hello,

Can anyone help me to know more detail about B2 visa for my mother.
Me and my husband both are working (on H1-B).I want to apply B2 visa for my mother to visit us as my father is farming in India and my mother has property in her name costs around 1cr,
And I have one brother who is working in India(Not married).
My Questions are:
1)I want to apply on my husbands H1-B(He is in good position as a fulltime employee, I am in contract with 2 layers in between).Is that OK as I am on H1-B?
2)Me and my husband both don't have valid stamping on our passports, have/had valid I-797(Husband changed employer, Me came to us on H4 changed to H1).Does this cause any problem?
3) what is the good amount to show in bank statements and for how many months?
4) what are the documents required for her to show her assets(If necessary)?
