resident of Andhrapradesh booking appointment at delhi/ mumbai

I wanted to know if resident of Andhrapradesh / south India only has to take visa appointment at chennai office, can they take appointment at
delhi / mumbai. Or this option is not available in
www.vfs-usa.co.in .

If we can book visa appointment at delhi/mumbai how to do that using
vfs site.

Please help me.

You can't do that. You have to go to Chennai only.
