u.s embassay at hyderabad

I read in Hindustan times that they are going to open
u.s embassay at hyderabad during first week of january.

I have below questions.

1) Will already booked appointments of andhrapradesh state people at chennai consulate be shifted to hyderabad office
once the consulate is opened in first week of january.
OR will they have to continue going to chennai....as they already made appointment at chennai office.

2) when will be hyderabad office appointments will be opened.

I read that they plan/intend to open another Embassy in the south and it could be in Bangalore or Hyderabad.

I am not sure abt transferring the appointment or Opening new dates.
