Appointment Obtained via TTS

Hi,

We had booked an appointment for my in-laws via TTS for Oct 18th. But they could not attend that. So We rescheduled the appointment for Feb 2nd in TTS web site by oct 10th.

Now here are my questions:

1) With the new appointment procedure came into effect on oct 1st itself, how come TTS allowed us to reschedule an appointment from their site?

2)Will that appointment for Feb 2nd be still valid or do we need to reconfirm it with new appointment system.

3) Do we need to cancel the appointment given by TTS altogether and get a new appointment with the VFS system?

Please clarify if you have any idea so I can plan accordingly.

The Appt thro' TTS should be good. TTS did not let u make NEW appts after Oct 1st. But it allows rescheduling appts taken prior to Oct 1. So, your appt is valid.

Thanks for the clarification. I am kinda feeling relieved.

So the documents can be taken by my in-laws when they go for interview along with the DDs as before right?

Yes, follow the old TTS procedure. But get the DD's in the new amount as it has been modified since Nov 16th. Good Luck!
