Original property papers

We are applying for a visitor visa to my mother-in-law. She has two houses on her name and however, the original documents for both houses are in the bank, as they are re-paying the loan currently.

Can she submit xerox copies of property papers?

Sure she can carry the photocopy of the property documents in her name. Incase asked she can explain to them.

My parents had carried the photocopy itself and not the original also they carried with them a document which was basically current valuation of the houses.

By the way evaluation document is a very simple one. They had got it done by a Civil Engg. or an Architect.
