Do i need to carry any proof for Life Insurance amount mentioned on I-134? If yes, what proofs?
And what proof should i carry for 401-k savings that i have highlighted under stocks on I-134?
Lastly, it is ok to just carry my most recent bank statement with the Bank Verification letter?

As long as the money you have in the bank are reasonable enough to take care of their trip expenses, you don't need any other proof.
