Sponsor question

Hello,

I have a question. I had applied my for my parents visa as a sponsor recently. However, the visa got rejected (214B). WE have now applied again. I have a dilemma regarding the sponsor.

I am currently in a Residency Program and wil graduate in jun 2006. The graduation in the main basis of my parents' visa application. THeir new appointment is in March 2006.I would only 3 more months left to graduate at that time

1)So should I put my name as the sponsor or should it be my husband this time ( as his employment will be even beyond june) . Or as long as I am employed at the time of their interview does it matter?


2)Can we both become sponsors and explain the situation if asked at the counter (i.e continued employment of husband versus mine?..)

3) Will change of sponsor affect their application adversely in any way?

As long as you are financially able to sponsor your parents at the time of interivew, you can do that. There is no need to joint sponsor or change sponsor if you alone can sponsor.
