Confused with I-765 and Employment Authorisation and H1B

Hello All,

I am new to this Website and to the subject of U.S. Visa procedures.

I am currently residing in Paris, France with family. I got an offer from a company in U.S. and they asked me to contact Homeland Security consultant.
I contacted him accordingly and he stated that I need to obtain below documents which he will guide me.

A. WORK PERMIT FEE = US$250
B. COURIER DISPATCHMENT FEE = US$150
C. RESIDENCE PERMIT FEE = US$650
D. ENTRY CLEARANCE/EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION CHARGES = US$ 700
E. FAMILY NOTIFICATION/VISA= US$ 1000
TOTAL: US$ 2,750

Along this he sent me I-765 form and asked me to fill and submit it accordingly.

In this regard, please let me know which type of visa I obtain after all this procedures.

That seems like fraud, definitely.

Don't send any money to anyone like that.
