Got an appt, need to change?

Hi
I got an appt on Mar 24th, the language English for my parents(online). Thanks to IMMIHELP.

I am worried about my mother not being able to communicate well in English. Will the CO question both of them? Shall I cancel and reschedule in Regional language? If so, no dates are available for Regional language.
