Hello all ,
My sister is applying for b2 visa for tourism purpose to visit me ( elder sister) in california .
She is engaged and working in Deloitte as a senior tax associate .
Reason why she will come back
1.. To join work ASAP as she has 15 days of leave
2.. She is engaged and getting married on June 2015
3.. Dad has paralysis and needs to take care when needed by bring close to them in india .
Her L1b visa was also rejected in sept 2012 as Deloitte under section 221g .
Any tips for success ???
