Couldnot cancel appointment. please advice

My parents got an appointment at Chennai consulate for 23rd of Nov through TTS services almost a month ago. Since they are not fluent in English I decided to cancel the appointment yesterday (22nd Nov), I was in an impression that I can cancel it any time . But, when I try to cancel the appointment online on TTS service I was not allowed to do that. Seems like I can only cancel or reschedule appointment only 2 days prior to the appointment date. My parents cannot visit consulate for obvious reason that I haven’t sent any required documents yet. Is there any way to cancel this appointment now? What are the consequences of not attending the interview without proper cancellation? Please advice?

I m not sure but with tts it was like u cant attend any other interview for another 6 months(someone told me)...but i have no clue abt vfs

Call the local TTS office(closest to your place) and let them knwo your situtation and they might be able to cancel it for you.
