Taking Appointment in VFS website

Friends,

My mother-in-law have paid the fees and took the receipt , After this i tried to book appointment for her at www.vfs-usa.co.in , but whenver i try to look its saying interview dates are not available, Is this is the right way, Could any one reply if they were able to book through the above website from the past 2-3 days,

Which Consulate?

My parents paid fees last Friday(India time), I booked the appointment this Monday evening(US time). Got appointment for Feb 13th. Mumbai consulate.
