I want to sponsor my Father/Mother/Brother in law based on my I-94 dates. Unfortunately, my VISA isalready expired and I am staying here on my I-94 due date which will expire in April 2016. I had read that if you are staying legally than there won't be any problem sponsoring your in laws however I still want to confirm.
