B1/b2 expiry

Hi Guys!!
Quick question..
I am in US for USMLE STEP 2 CS.I will be leaving 2 days of my actual visa end date.I want to know if that's ok.Or will I have black mark on my visa,which will affect my residency visa probably j1/H1B

your question is not clear.

visa expiry date is not important when leaving US. The date stamped by the officer on your passport at the time of arrival is important.
