Change of company on H1B will have an impact on Parents Visitors Visa Interview

Hi,

I have scheduled a Visa Interview for my parents with current H1B petition of mine as one of the mandatory documents to produce at the time of interview.

Now I have received an offer from company B, if they file for H1B transfer from A to B during the same time where my parents have to attend for Visa Interview is it going effect their Visa approvals?

Company B may do the premium processing of H1B transfer.

Please help in getting me the right information. it's a matter of urgency..
