I booked appt for both my parents and have already sent the papers.
I have a question do i have to send two 1-134s thats one for father and one for mother or one is enough for both.

Some consulates say one is enough. But why take chances? Just send 2.

I134 is the affidavit of support, right?

Only one affidavit of support is sufficient for both your mom and dad. In field 3 of the form you can add your dad's details and below which is space for spouse in which you can add your mom's details. Thats how I did for my parents and it worked fine.
