Need help!!

Hi all
I m planning to call my mother but i have some questions..
1.My dad expired long back...so will that be a prob for the visa?(coz i heard from someone that usually widows dont get visa).I have all my other sisters in India
2.Any particular documentation needed from her end to prove that she wants to go back

I don't think that should be a problem. Just try to show strong ties to India. Ask her to carry pics of her daughters and grand kids. If she stays with or close to any one of your sister she can tell the Officer that she takes care of that grand kid etc and say she will return back. She can also talk abt her sibblings.

Property , business, work etc are other things if applicable can be mentioned.
