Please help me, I am distressed. My husband's H1 was to expire in Oct 2014 and extension for both of our visas(his H1&my H4) was applied in mid September 2014. There was a sudden family emergency due to which I alone had to travel to India at September end. Now in November, I want to go back, again thee are some circumstances due to which travel is urgent. His H1 is in RFE status. So my H4 is also stalled.
Can I travel to US on my other visa- B1/B2 visa? Will there be a problem at the port of entry due to the H4 extension?
